In addition to her work with clients, Cynthia has been a featured speaker in a variety of summits, personal development events, and faith-based courses, where she shares her expertise in holistic health and wellness. Cynthia’s academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s in Public Health with a Health Education emphasis from California State University, Northridge, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health Fitness Specialist and Nutrition and Fitness Specialist and is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
An active member of the American Dietetic Association and the National Eating Disorders Association, Cynthia is deeply committed to staying at the forefront of her field.
